Biography
The Director, Complaints Resolution and Compliance (CRC) is directly responsible for monitoring compliance with the Data Protection Act and ensuring that non-compliance is remedied or penalised as appropriate. The CRC Branch maintains systems for receiving complaints and reports of breaches and contraventions of the Act, conducts investigations and refers matters for mediation, prosecution or other enforcement action.
